Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer (Furniture) B2B, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Engineer will focus on generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving B2B sales in the furniture industry. Responsibilities include providing technical support, assessing customer needs, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions. The role also involves maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring long-term partnerships by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Engineering and the ability to provide technical support in a customer-oriented environment
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to convey technical and sales-related information clearly to clients and teams
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in sales and customer engagement
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop efficient and innovative solutions
