Senior Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer requirements, providing technical consultations, preparing and delivering technical solutions, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand needs, assisting in technical queries, presenting product benefits, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

• Strong Sales and Sales Engineering skills with experience in technical product selling
• Proficiency in Technical Support and understanding of lighting systems and solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients and foster long-term relationships
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, consultants, and contractors
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field
• Experience in the lighting industry or a similar field is a plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
