Senior Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance during the sales process, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, and assisting clients in understanding and utilizing products effectively. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs, providing technical support, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes
• Experience with Technical Support and delivering effective solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
• Relevant educational background in engineering or related fields is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
• Understanding of the furniture industry or related technical products is a plus
