Role Overview
The Sales Executive for the Lens Department will be responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities within the optical lens sector in Dubai. The role includes achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with optical stores, and ensuring effective promotion of the company's eyewear brands and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the optical/medical devices/FMCG retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai markets.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet lens product targets in Dubai.
- Visit and manage relationships with optical shops and optometrists to promote Lens products.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product presentations, in-store promotions, and staff training on eyewear brands.
- Monitor competitors activities, pricing, and new product launches in the eyewear market.
- Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company credit policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen loyalty and brand presence.
