We areseekinga highly motivated and experiencedSenior Sales Executivewith a proventrack recordofopening new accountsand selling professional consulting services in enterprise IT domains. This is anindividual contributorrole focused exclusively onhunting new business opportunitiesandclosing complex deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities in mid-market and enterprise accounts across Salesforce, ServiceNow,Oracle,product engineering,DevSecOps,and infrastructuremanagementservices
Own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to qualification, proposal development, client presentations, and deal closure
Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads using outbound prospecting, networking, and industry events
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs
Maintain CRM records, track pipeline activities, and report on key metrics and forecasts
Understand and communicate the value proposition of our consulting offerings with clarity and precision
Develop go-to-market strategies for new verticals or service offerings as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of successful experience inconsulting sales, focused onnew account acquisition
Provenexpertisein selling services in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce consulting and implementation, ServiceNow solutions, Custom product development / application services, Infrastructure management / cloudservicesand Product Engineering services
Verygoodunderstanding of technology solution sales and should be able toenvision solutions for clients with the help of technical team.
Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to close $500K+ consulting deals
Should have managed a sales quota of $1.5 millionand should have closed at least $1million quota in new Sales for the last 3 years
Experience working with enterprise buyers (VP and C-level decision makers)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-starter with a high degree of ownership anda track recordof exceeding quotas
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
Nice to have
Prior experience working in a boutique or midsize consulting firm
Understanding of partner ecosystems (e.g.,Oracle,Salesforce AppExchange, ServiceNow Marketplace, Oracle)
Exposure to regulated industries like healthcare, finance,Engineering &Constructionor nonprofit
