Job Title: Senior B2B Sales Executive IT Infrastructure
Location: Cairo (Agouza/New Cairo)

Reporting to: Sales Manager / General Manager
Career Level: Senior (35 years of experience)
Role Objective
The Senior B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with corporate clients (B2B). The focus is on selling high-value IT infrastructure solutions, including hardware, networking, data center solutions, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively hunt for new B2B leads in sectors like Banking, Real Estate, Healthcare, and Government.
- Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their technical requirements and pitch tailored IT infrastructure solutions (Servers, Storage, Networking, Security).
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal preparation (BoQ), negotiation, and closing.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure recurring revenue and upselling opportunities.
- Tendering & Bidding: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial offers for large-scale projects and governmental tenders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest IT hardware/software developments in the Egyptian market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Pre-sales and Technical teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience:3+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales specifically within the IT Infrastructure or System Integration industry in Egypt.
- Network: An active network of contacts among CIOs, IT Managers, and Procurement Heads in Cairo.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Networking (Cisco/HPE/Dell), Cybersecurity, and Structured Cabling.
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Must be good in English and Arabic.
