Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Sales Executive will handle client acquisition, maintain and develop strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, creating tailored logistics solutions, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:Generate new business by identifying, targeting, and acquiring clients in logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain sectors.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed annual revenue targets, utilizing market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Client Management:Build and nurture high-level relationships, providing customized logistics solutions (warehousing, distribution, freight) that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Sales & Negotiations:Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:Work with internal operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Mentorship:Mentor junior team members and help them improve sales techniques.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience:Proven track record in senior sales within logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding, typically 3-10+ years.
  • Industry Knowledge:Deep understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply chain management, and industry-specific software (CRM/ERP).
  • Soft Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically preferred.
