Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will represent Living Yards at events and develop networks to promote the company's portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy Development, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Building
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Experience in Market Research, Business Development, and Understanding of Market Trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Reporting tools
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and work under pressure
- Familiarity with the real estate sector is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
