Primary Objective/Purpose of Role
Drive sales for vehicle registration and inspection services. To lead high-value sales activities, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence by developing strategic client relationships, managing key accounts, and achieving aggressive sales targets through strong automotive industry expertise and proactive field sales efforts.
Salary Dhs. 8,000 to 12,000 + Incentives
Roles & Responsibility
- Lead and manage outdoor sales activities across assigned territories.
- Actively bring individual and corporate clients to register and inspect their vehicles through the company.
- Promote mobile vehicle inspection services and schedule inspections as per client requirements
- Educate clients on RTA procedures, documentation requirements, and service benefits
- Develop and maintain relationships with key automotive clients including dealerships, fleets, workshops, and corporate accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert high-potential leads.
- Handle key and strategic accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiations with decision-makers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle key accounts and high-volume registration clients
- Guide and support junior sales executives when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company sales procedures.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Knowledge, Skill & Competencies required
- Minimum 58 years of sales experience in the automotive, vehicle registration, testing, inspection, or RTA-related services industry in the UAE
- Proven experience in generating vehicle registration and inspection business
- Must have own car with valid UAE driving license.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales-driven mindset.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work outdoors and travel across assigned areas in the UAE
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
