As a Senior Sales Executive (SME 1) at Aqarmap, your primary responsibility is to acquire new customers.
You will proactively seek out potential clients, present our solutions, and close deals driving revenue growth and expanding Aqarmap&apos s market presence.
What You Will Do:
Scanning & Lead Generation Identify potential real estate developers and brokers who can benefit from Aqarmap&apos s solutions.
Prospecting for Decision Makers Research and connect with key decisionmakers to create new business opportunities.
Approaching clients & Scheduling Meetings Proactively reach out to potential clients, introduce Aqarmap&apos s services, and book meetings.
Meetings & Presentations Conduct in-depth presentations and demos to showcase how Aqarmap can help clients achieve their sales goals.
Negotiate & Close Deals Handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to secure new business.
Onboarding Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients before transitioning them to the account management team.
Who You Are:
Proven Sales Performer 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in real estate, digital platforms, or SaaS.
New Business Hunter Strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals independently.
Strong Communicator & Negotiator Excellent ability to pitch, persuade, and handle objections.
Results-Driven & Self-Motivated A go-getter with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Tech-Savvy Comfortable using CRM tools and data-driven sales approaches.
