Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales role located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include mentoring junior sales team members, providing training, ensuring excellent customer service, and identifying new opportunities to drive sales growth. The selected candidate will also collaborate with the management team to assess market opportunities and create action plans to meet organizational goals.

- Proficiency in customer service and the ability to understand and address client needs
- Proven track record in sales with the ability to close deals and maintain client relationships
- Experience in leading, training, and managing sales teams
- Strategic sales management skills to plan and execute growth initiatives
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
- Experience in the real estate or property development industry is an advantage
