Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales role located in New Cairo. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and cultivating client relationships, devising sales strategies, and meeting sales goals. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, leading negotiations, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the sales team for business growth. The role also involves mentoring and training junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage clients effectively and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Capabilities in Training to mentor and support the development of junior sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem resolution, with robust organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
