Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Senior Sales Manager. The role includes leading and mentoring the sales team, devising and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The Senior Sales Manager will manage relationships with key clients, identify opportunities for market expansion, and collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with overall business goals. Regularly analyzing sales data, forecasting, and reporting will also be an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Key Account Management
  • Proven ability in Strategy Development, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Sales Forecasting, and KPI Reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with the retail, wholesale, or manufacturing industries, particularly within home appliances or consumer electronics, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
