About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Manager Sales based in Saudi Arabia to accelerate Clarion's regional growth. This is a high-impact role that requires strong sales capability, deep understanding of the Saudi business environment, and the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise leaders.

You will represent Clarion locally, drive new business, strengthen existing accounts, and work closely with Inside Sales and Delivery teams based in India.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Responsibilities)

Market Expansion & Sales Strategy

  • Lead Clarion's sales efforts in Saudi Arabia, including prospecting, qualifying, and converting enterprise customers.
  • Build a strong pipeline and develop strategies aligned to regional market behaviour.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities.

End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle - discovery, solution alignment, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to craft solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Drive high win-rates through strong consultative selling and value articulation.

Client Engagement & Account Mining

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers in Saudi enterprises.
  • Expand engagement within existing accounts by understanding business pain points.
  • Deliver exceptional post-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Partner with Inside Sales and global sales teams for lead generation and funnel acceleration.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Delivery, HR, and Technology teams as needed.
  • Represent Clarion in local customer meetings, events, and partner interactions.

Reporting & Sales Governance

  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide timely reports, forecasts, and dashboards.

What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)

  • 1215 years of experience in IT services sales with at least 3 years in a sales leadership or team management role.
  • Strong experience selling IT services within Saudi Arabia or Middle East markets
  • Proven ability to close enterprise IT solutions deals.
  • Strong experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

Skills

  • Excellent communication & presentation abilities.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with global teams located in India.
  • Expertise in using CRM and reporting tools.
