Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Senior Sales Manager Corporate Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic acquisition, development, and retention of corporate accounts. The role focuses on maximizing room revenue, MICE business, and ancillary hotel services while strengthening the hotel's positioning within the luxury hospitality segment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key corporate accounts, including multinational companies, embassies, and premium business clients.
  • Drive room nights, long-stay, MICE, and corporate event business.
  • Negotiate contracts, rate agreements, and commercial terms in line with brand and revenue strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client presentations, and hotel site inspections.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business through personalized service.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize market share and revenue performance.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements.
  • Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and group bookings with operations teams.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, monthly reports, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Leadership & Mentoring

  • Support, guide, and mentor junior sales team members when required.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 3-4 years in a senior or managerial role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding corporate sales targets.
