EgyCham is hiring Senior Sales Manager for one of our clients in Real Estate, located in New Cairo.
Role Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for real estate projects.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
- Train and coach property consultants to improve sales performance.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and ensure effective conversion into sales.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- From 8 to 12 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience working with real estate is a must
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of real estate sales cycles, pricing strategies, payment plans, and developer sales processes.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
