Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager based in Dubai with 5+ years of Real Estate Managemnt Experience. The Senior Sales Manager will manage the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.A critical requirement for this role is the onboarding and management of an existing team of at least 10+ experienced Property Consultants brought in by the Manager.

Responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, mentoring sales staff, and ensuring seamless execution of sales processes. The role involves fostering a client-focused culture while driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Team Leadership:Must have an established network and the ability toonboard a team of 10+ experienced Property Consultantsupon joining.
  • Proven Expertise:Extensive experience in Dubai Real Estate, sales management & business development.
  • Leadership:Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Market Intelligence:In-depth understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and the ability to craft customized strategies.
  • Communication:Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills:Proficiency in market analysis, performance measurement, CRM tools, and sales software.
  • Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience:Significant experience in the Dubai real estate market is required.
  • Mindset:Results-driven with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly Salary:AED 15,000 AED 20,000 (depending on experience and team caliber).
  • Commission:Competitive structure based on team performance (to be discussed).
