What will you be doing
- Owning the full sales cycle from first call to close
- Building your own pipeline engine through outbound, partnerships, and referrals
- Selling trade finance style products such as working capital facilities, invoice discounting, and reverse factoring
- Running a disciplined deal process with tight qualification and forecasting
- Working closely with credit and risk teams to get deals approved and funded
- Laying the foundations for your future team: playbooks, targets, weekly rhythms, and repeatable approach
What do you need
- 4+ years experience in B2B finance sales (Fintech or financial institute experience ideally)
- UAE experience is non-negotiable
- Strong SME lending or trade finance exposure
- Proven record of building pipeline and closing new business consistently
- Comfortable in a lean environment where you set the pace and standard
- Coachable, structured, and excited to build a team after 12-18 months
