Job Description

The Sales Manager HORECA & B2B will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and managing key accounts across the UAE The role focuses on building strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafs, catering companies, wholesalers, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market gaps, and potential customer segments.
  • Achieve SKU-wise, territory-wise, and channel-wise targets.

2. Account Management

  • Manage and expand key accounts including leading hotels, restaurant chains, cafs, catering companies, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, sampling sessions, and negotiations.
  • Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with procurement managers, chefs, F&B directors, and purchasing teams.

3. Market Expansion & Channel Development

  • Build a strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and re-export partners within the UAE.
  • Expand the footprint of the company's frozen and dairy products in both modern and traditional trade.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure proper credit checks, pricing agreements, and contract compliance.

4. Product Portfolio Management

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, chef demos, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Gather customer insights on product quality, pricing, competition, and market trends.

5. Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to ensure availability, delivery timelines, and inventory planning.
  • Work closely with finance for credit control, collection follow-ups, and customer reconciliation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards.

6. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations, labeling requirements, and certifications (ESMA, Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Agriculture & Food Safety Authority).
  • Maintain updated records of contracts, sales orders, customer agreements, and price lists.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong network within HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs) and B2B segments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
