EgyCham is hiring Senior Sales Manager for one of our clients in Real Estate Brokerage, located in Katameya.

Role Description

  • Own and drive the full sales cycle from lead handling to deal closure, ensuring maximum conversion and revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies aligned with company targets and market opportunities.
  • Lead, manage, and continuously develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring consistent target achievement.
  • Monitor and control the sales funnel performance and take immediate actions to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales performance data, pipeline status, and market trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Ensure strict follow-up on all leads and eliminate lead leakage across the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • From 10 to 15 years of experience in sales, including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in real estate is a must.
  • Strong hands-on experience in managing full sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate products, pricing strategies, payment plans, and contracts.
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams with clear KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel management and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent negotiation, closing, and deal management skills, especially for high-value transactions.
