About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Expert with strong Saudi market exposure and established relationships with enterprise clients and IT vendors. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who can open doors, convert relationships into projects, and help scale a fast-growing IT consulting firm.
This is not a junior sales role. We are looking for someone who already knows the market, understands decision-makers, and can immediately contribute to revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across IT services, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT cost optimization
- Leverage existing client and vendor relationships to generate qualified leads and deals
- Engage with C-level executives (CIO, CISO, CFO, CTO, VP) across UAE enterprises and government entities
- Identify, pursue, and close consulting, advisory, and managed services projects
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to shape winning proposals and commercial models
- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and partner ecosystem
Required Experience & Profile
- 7+ years of proven sales and business development experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong network of enterprise clients, system integrators, and IT vendors
Prior experience selling:
- IT Consulting & Advisory Services
- Cybersecurity Services
- Digital Transformation Programs
- IT Cost Optimization / FinOps / Vendor Rationalization
- Demonstrated ability to bring deals, not just leads
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial acumen
