Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales position in Marketlink investment , located in El Shiekh Zayed Al Majarah Mall. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, training junior sales staff, and driving sales growth. This individual will be tasked with developing and implementing effective sales strategies and managing the sales team to achieve company targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
- Experience in training and developing junior sales staff
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in 6th of October
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- 2_5 experience in real estate
