Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales position at New Start Real Estate, located in Cairo. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing potential leads, closing sales transactions, and consistently meeting sales targets. The role will also involve contributing to team development by mentoring and training junior team members as needed. The individual will work closely with the management team to align sales goals with company strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to effectively build and maintain client relationships.

Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance overall team performance.

Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with the real estate industry and market trends in Cairo is a plus.
