Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sr. Sales Officer. The Sr. Sales Officer will manage day-to-day sales activities including engaging with prospective clients, identifying new leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless sales operations. The role involves executing channel sales strategies and offering exceptional support to customers to achieve sales targets and promote satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships effectively
  • Experience with Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify and convert potential opportunities
  • Proficiency in Channel Sales to oversee and manage the distribution of company offerings
  • Experience in Jewellery indsutry is an upper hand
  • Goal-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales, particularly in the Jewellery or analytical equipment sector, is a plus
