Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Representative located in El Maadi El Gadida. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining detailed records of sales activity. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions to meet client needs effectively. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador for Chubb, exemplifying professionalism and a customer-focused approach.

  • Proven skills in sales strategies, business development, and achieving sales targets
  • Expertise in relationship management, communication, and client engagement
  • Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategic plans, and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to handle responsibilities effectively
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector is preferred
  • Adept at using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and networking capabilities
