This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Sales Representative. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the diesel generator and industrial backup power market. The role requires conducting market research, providing tailored power solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Additionally, the Senior Sales Representative will contribute to strategy development, ensure excellent customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel generators, industrial backup power systems, and associated technology
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and customer needs
  • Team collaboration and leadership capabilities in driving sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the energy, construction, or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals consistently
  • Ability to travel to meet customers abroad
  • Fluency in French, English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
