Showroom Sales Manager

Role Overview
The Showroom Sales Manager leads showroom sales operations, manages client relationships, and delivers a high-end customer experience aligned with the brand's heritage and craftsmanship. The role oversees daily showroom performance, drives sales targets, and ensures seamless coordination between the showroom, factory, technical office, and operations teams for timely deliveries and great customer experience. Depending on experience, this position may be scoped as Senior Sales Associate or Sales Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Showroom & Operations
- Oversee daily showroom operations and visual presentation
- Ensure proper product display, stock visibility, and order tracking
- Operate and manage ERP & POS systems for invoicing, inventory, and reporting
- Coordinate with factory and technical office on production timelines and deliveries
- Maintain operational accuracy across pricing, costing, and documentation
2. Management & Sales:
- Implement sales strategies set by the Head of Business Development to achieve showroom targets
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Manage, train, and evaluate the showroom sales team
- Ensure product availability and readiness for client presentations
- Manage showroom petty cash, budget, expenses, and revenue in coordination with Finance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with HR on performance reviews and training needs
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Deliver a premium customer experience for high-value clients
- Manage client orders, quotations, and product proposals
- Respond to client inquiries and complaints professionally
- Provide technical product guidance in coordination with specialists
4. Liaison & Coordination:
- Act as the primary communication link between showroom, factory, and warehouses
- Coordinate production, quality checks, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with design and creative teams on new collections and product launches
- Submit monthly showroom purchase requests to Procurement after internal approvals
- 5. Experience
- 5+ years sales management in high-end retail, furniture, interior, or luxury sales or heritage products.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with ERP and POS systems (highly important)
- Experience working with design-led products is a major advantage
