Job Title: Senior Sales Representative - Safety Division

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales team leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our safety products supply company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our full range of safety products including personal protective equipment (PPE), industrial safety gear, and workplace compliance solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Present, promote, and sell safety products to industrial, commercial, and construction clients
  • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and safety consultations
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 25 years of sales experience (experience in safety products, industrial supplies, or B2B sales is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of PPE and workplace safety products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
