Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to improve sales performance. The role includes mentoring and training team members, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Team Lead will coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications

• Excellent Team Management and Communication skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating sales data and developing strategies
• Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools
