Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Sales Specialist located in Markaz El Mansoura. The Senior Sales Specialist will manage sales activities, build strong relationships with clients, develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying potential clients, giving sales presentations, providing training to team members, and contributing to the improvement of the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and manage revenue goals
- Ability to train and motivate sales team members, providing guidance and support
- Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in the industry or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
