Job Description

Deus X Pay is expanding its sales presence across the UAE and broader MENA region and is seeking experienced Senior Sales Professionals and Sales Leaders to drive revenue growth across high-value, complex industry verticals.

This role is suited to commercially driven individuals with a proven ability to originate, structure, and close institutional-grade client relationships within regulated financial environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, develop, and close new client relationships across targeted sectors:
  • Property / Real Estate
  • Commodities (Gold)
  • FX / CFD
  • Aviation (Private Jet)
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and long-term relationship management
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure structured, compliant client onboarding
  • Develop and maintain a strong regional pipeline aligned with revenue and growth targets
  • Leverage an established UAE/MENA network to accelerate market penetration
  • Represent Deus X Pay with senior stakeholders, family offices, corporates, and institutional clients
  • For senior hires: contribute to sales strategy, team development, mentoring, and regional scaling
Preferred Experience & Background
  • 5+ years experience in B2B or institutional sales within fintech, payments, financial services, or adjacent regulated sectors
  • Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
  • Experience or exposure to:
  • Cross-border payments
  • Stablecoins and digital assets
  • Blockchain-enabled financial infrastructure
  • Demonstrable understanding of AML, KYC, sanctions, and risk management principles
  • Existing network across the UAE and broader MENA region
  • Experience working with high-value, complex, or regulated clients
Leadership & Commercial Mindset
  • Proven ability to operate independently with a **2 mindset
  • Strong commercial judgment balanced with disciplined risk awareness
  • Leadership experience is a strong advantage, including building, mentoring, or managing sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, yet regulated organisations
