As a Senior Sales Trader you will:
- Develop and expand a client portfolio by generating new trading flows and building long-term relationships with different counterparties
- Structure, price, negotiate, and execute Energy Attributes Certificates (EACs) deals while managing your trading book and contributing to desk P&L.
- Track market dynamics, supply-demand trends, pricing signals, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and inform trading strategy.
- Manage risk exposures and collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in environmental commodities, energy trading, or structured sales
- Hands-on track record in EACs or related environmental commodities
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of renewable energy markets and regulatory environments
- An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
- Fluent in English and Japanese or Korean
