experienced Senior School Leaders to join high-performing international schools across the
United Arab Emirates. We are recruiting for
Principals, Vice Principals, Heads of School, Deputy Heads, and Phase Leaders (KG, Primary and Secondary) for August 2026 appointments.
These leadership positions are within well-established British, American and international curriculum schools serving diverse, high-achieving student communities. Schools are committed to academic excellence, innovation, safeguarding, and preparing students for global success.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and vision aligned with whole-school development plans
- Drive school improvement initiatives, raising standards in teaching, learning and outcomes
- Lead curriculum implementation (British, American or IB frameworks)
- Ensure robust safeguarding, pastoral care and wellbeing systems
- Oversee recruitment, performance management and professional development of staff
- Prepare for and lead inspection readiness (ADEK, KHDA or equivalent regulatory bodies) - Previous experience is highly preferred
- Build strong partnerships with parents, governors and community stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Master's degree or NPQH/NPQEL - essential
- Minimum 35 years experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of improving academic outcomes and leading school growth
- Strong understanding of international curricula (British National Curriculum, American, IB or equivalent)
- Experience in international schools or multicultural environments preferred
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
