Job brief:

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master who can oversee and guide Scrum teams to be self-organizing teams.As a Scrum master, you will facilitate software and product development projects while adhering to Agile best practices and Scrum framework values. You will coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Objective:

Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.

Guide and coach, the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.

Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.

Work with the Product Owner to prioritize the product backlog.

Coach and guide theScrum Masters team.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.

Coach and guide theScrum Masters team.

Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are slowing the team's progress.

Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

Mentor and Coach, the team to follow the Scrum framework and adhere to Agile principles.

Work with product owners to prioritize and create backlogs and new requests.

Remove impediments and resolve conflicts within and around the team.

Encourage and help teams to accept and adjust to changes.

Requirements and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a similar field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a scrum master or similar position.

Proven track record of leading high-performance software development teams to deliver exceptional software from Start to finish as a Scrum Master.

Ability to manage multiple teams, autonomously drive, and prioritize your workload.

Having previous experience in changing the environment from a waterfall or PM model to Agile.

Having software development experience, it's a must.

Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Excellent experience in management tools like Jira, and Zoho Sprint.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

Experience with problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Outstanding organizational and analytical skills.

Scrum master certification is a plus.
