We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist with an analytical mindset to drive organic visibility and traffic for client websites through technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct full SEO audits (technical, on-page, off-page)
- Build and implement keyword strategies per client goals
- Optimize metadata, headers, image alt tags, and content structures
- Prepare and submit an initial Technical SEO Issue Report at the start of each project, highlighting major crawl, indexation, or performance issues that need urgent action.
- Coordinate with content writers to align content with SEO guidelines
- Monitor search performance (Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Build backlink strategies and monitor domain health and track improvements in domain authority.
- Visibility against competitors to track Share of Voice (SOV).
- Monitor domain health and address link toxicity if detected.
- Stay informed on Google algorithm changes and SEO trends
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and insights
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in search engine optimization, preferably in agency setting
- Proven portfolio of ranking improvements and traffic growth
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
- Proficiency in On-page optimization techniques (metadata, content structure, internal linking)
- Understanding of schema markup and HTML basics
- Proficiency in Backlink analysis and outreach strategies
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Strong written communication for reporting
- Curiosity and ability to stay updated with SEO trends
