Our PrimeServ Marine & Power division in Dubai is looking for Senior Service Engineers

Your main tasks

• Lead and coordinate a team of field service engineers.
• Research, design, install, and maintain mechanical products and systems.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs to meet specifications.
• Diagnose equipment failures and recommend solutions.
• Develop and monitor service and maintenance processes.
• Conduct tests to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide technical customer service and feedback to design engineers.

Your profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.
• Results-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proactive communicator, comfortable engaging at all levels.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Resilient under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinker with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting and system optimization.
