Generates service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
Establishes long-term customer relationships by understanding their requirements and applicable regulations and by demonstrating in-depth technical service product/solutions knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM).
Understands the channel strategy and the establishment of related prices and prepares sales plan, reviews them, and proposes recovery plan(s) when needed.
Utilizes IB database to understand the existing IB and identifies and develops sales opportunities for service products and solutions to penetrate the existing IB or new IBs in the market.
Focuses on the entire service portfolio to secure profit for assigned business / product groups.
Sells entire service product portfolio to expand company's footprint in the designated area(s).
Acts as a marketer/salesperson of Company's service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, customer meetings).
Translates the needs of customer into relevant Company's Service offerings and solutions.
Documents customer feedback and ensures customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Updates IB in the Service database regularly with the changes made at site.
Qualifications:
Excellent experience in service sales strategies, Installed Base (IB) management, lifecycle management (LCM) solutions, and the MV/LV electrical systems market
4-6 years of experience in electrical systems services sales and solutions, with at least 2 years working as a team manager leading sales professionals with service portfolio offerings, maintenance contracts, and customer lifecycle solutions
Possess an enhanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)
Passionate about building long-term customer relationships and you are innovative around strategic sales planning, team leadership, and driving customer satisfaction
Degree in Electrical Engineering / Have a demonstrated track record in achieving service sales targets and managing high-performance sales teams with end users and capable of developing relationships with key decision makers
