Role Description

The Senior Site Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations at project sites, including managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with established accounting standards and company policies. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing payroll processes for site workers, assessing cost-efficiency, and providing financial support to the project management team to aid in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including proficiency in preparing budgets, monitoring project finances, and generating detailed reports
• Proficiency in project cost control, account reconciliation, and auditing processes
• Experience in payroll management and financial compliance with national and company standards
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the construction industry is highly advantageous
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively on-site with teams
