Senior Site Architect
We are looking for a Senior Site Architect with 5 to 10 years of experience in the UAE to oversee site execution and ensure architectural quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Review drawings, materials, and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve site issues.
- Ensure adherence to UAE building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
- 5-10 years of UAE experience in site supervision and execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.
