Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Site Coordinator - Interior Projects, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is primarily site-based. The role involves overseeing the execution of interior projects, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution. The Senior Site Coordinator will manage project schedules, handle expediting processes, conduct on-site inspections, and oversee logistics to ensure project milestones are met with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ongoing site inspections and monitor progress and quality
  • Ensure execution compliance with approved drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
  • Plan and monitor executions and progress timelines
  • Conduct snagging inspections and ensure rectifications
  • Prepare progress and quality reports

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in engineering, interior project management or related field
  • Knowledge in joinery installation, marble/stone works, MEP coordinations and general civil engineering field
  • Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Driving License
