Responsibility
- Supervise and manage all architectural site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and approved materials.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals related to architectural works.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare progress reports and support project planning and execution.
- Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- 34 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer, with strong focus on architectural works
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural finishes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on large-scale projects is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
