Senior Site Engineer - Electrical

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Site Engineer to oversee and lead our site operations from initiation to final delivery. In this role, you will be the core link between clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that high-end lighting projects are executed seamlessly on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in electrical/electronic engineering, exceptional problem-solving abilities on-site, and outstanding client management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, implement and control multiple objects.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within the scope and on budget.
• Interact between clients, business development units, sub-contractors, Finance and logistics departments for project delivery.
• Ensure the site preparation phase is executed effectively by identifying and managing all required activities.
• Ensure the timely delivery of project documents.
• Prepare the project charter.
• Troubleshooting problems at site

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Communications, or related field.
• From 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in Lighting Controls is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Presentable, proactive, and customer oriented.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
