Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Site Engineer specializing in Fit Out Projects to join our team in Heliopolis. The Senior Site Engineer will oversee on-site execution, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, conducting regular site inspections, managing schedules, and coordinating with project stakeholders to maintain smooth communication. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership to drive successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience working on-site and in supervising construction projects.
• Proficiency in quality control and assurance processes in construction projects.
• Strong background in structural engineering and civil engineering.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Proven track record managing fit-out projects, with the ability to deliver projects within deadlines and standards.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and international standards is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
