About Your Team

You will be reporting to the Section Manager, and working closely with the Construction Manager, you will lead the day-to-day execution of specific work areas. You will coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and support teams including planning, QA/QC, and procurement to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.

Your Role

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will:

  • Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with planning, QA/QC, and subcontractors for seamless work execution.
  • Manage and track material deliveries, tools, and manpower needs for your assigned zone.
  • Conduct inspections to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Raise and escalate technical queries, interface issues, or deviations.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the Section Manager.
  • Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
  • This role is full time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years in MEP Civil/Facade construction environments.
  • Knowledge: Strong grasp of installation sequencing, QA/QC standards, and health & safety protocols.
  • Expertise: Skilled in technical documentation, project coordination, and site leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
