Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Account Manager to lead and execute social media strategies and content for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a deep understanding of various platforms, and a knack for crafting engaging content that resonates with target audiences. We're looking someone who enjoys a challenge and a fast paced ever changing environment as well as working on a variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs for owned and earned.
  • Oversee and manage the client servicing teams, to create engaging and innovative content across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), maintaining a consistent brand voice alongside our creative team.
  • Alongside the client servicing team, manage day-to-day activities on social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and drive audience engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Manage clients day to day requests on content creation in parallel to the longer term client strategies.
  • Find opportunities with clients where we can grow accounts and build out our offering for clients.
  • Oversee monthly finances for clients on retainers and report into the Account Director weekly on financial tracking.
  • Support the new business lead on pitches and client growth opportunities

Requirements

  • Bi-lingual (arabic speaking)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or agencies.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling social media content and driving engagement.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Preferable previous digital/social creative agency experience or be knowledgeable of the creative process and have worked with creative teams previously.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
