About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to lead the overall strategy and execution of our brand visuals, campaign creatives and marketing campaign designs. This role will oversee the full lifecycle from research, conceptualization, strategy and implementation to post-project reviews of global campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Lead brand visual design and campaign creative across global marketing initiatives
• Design campaign landing pages, motion graphics, and marketing UI components
• Develop and implement visual systems and creative strategies that support business goals
• Deliver end-to-end design execution from concept to launch and post-campaign review
• Create designs for brand merchandise and promotional materials
• Research design trends across global markets to optimize user engagement and brand impact

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of visual or creative design experience, ideally in mobile or digital environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign design, branding, and digital visuals
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Experience using AI/AIGC tools in creative workflows
• Excellent visual storytelling and design aesthetics
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Interest in global markets and cross-cultural design
