Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Manager specializing in Real Estate for our team. This part-time, on-site role is based in Dubai. The manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing campaigns related to the real estate sector, collaborating with clients and influencers, and analyzing campaign performance. The role involves overseeing content creation, ensuring brand alignment, and staying updated on industry trends to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management, Lease Administration, and handling Leases.
• Strong understanding of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate operations.
• Proven ability to manage social media strategies and campaigns for real estate projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with influencer partnerships and managing social media platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
