Position Overview:
Senior-level role responsible for leading software development efforts using .NET technologies. The role covers backend, web, and mobile development and includes architectural design, mentoring, and ensuring best practices are applied across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts and technical design using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core/Framework)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutionarchitecture.
- Implement complex features and optimize code performance andscalability.
- Conduct code reviews andprovidetechnical guidance to otherdevelopers.
- Design and integrate APIs and data accesslayers.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technologyselection.
- Ensure application security, maintainability, anddeploymentreadiness.
- Collaborate with teams across QA, DevOps, and Business Analysis
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and continuous improvementinitiatives.
- Track KPI-related metrics including bug recurrence, code quality, and delivery accuracy.
- Enforce secure coding and process compliance among team members.
- Lead communication with stakeholdersregardingtechnical risks, delays, and resolutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- Expert knowledge of .NET technologies including C# and ASP.NET Core
- Deep understanding of backend systems, architecture patterns, and web-based development
- Extensive experience with Angular or similar frameworks is highlypreferred.
- Strong database design and performance optimization skills
- Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
- Proven ability to lead development initiatives and mentorteams.
- Ability to work across diverse platforms including web, backend, and mobile whennecessary.
