Job Summary

The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role ensures software aligns with business and regulatory requirements, delivers high performance and scalability, and supports government digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions and integrations for Dynamics 365.
• Work closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
• Ensure software solutions align with government regulations and compliance standards.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during development and implementation phases.
• Ensure optimal performance and scalability of the developed solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 58 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and .NET.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms for hosting and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
