Lead the design and development of embedded software and radar system components, ensuring fulfillment of defense system requirements.
Write high-performance, reliable C/C++ code for real-time, resource-constrained environments, integrating hardware and managing memory.
Implement and optimize communication protocols (UDP/TCP, SNMP, MODBUS) and ensure system-level coherence with multidisciplinary teams (RF, hardware, systems, test).
Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and support lab and field integration campaigns.
Contribute to design reviews, documentation, military certification processes, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with defense-grade software and engineering standards (e.g., NATO AQAP, MIL-STD)
Requirements
6+ years of experience in software engineering within embedded or defense systems
Strong embedded programming skills (C/C++) and solid knowledge of Linux-based systems
Experience working with real-time programming and communication protocols (TCP/IP, MODBUS, SNMP)
Proven contribution to complex defense projects, taking ownership of key technical components
Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams (systems, hardware, RF, test)
Strong understanding of military-grade documentation, qualification, and certification processes
